The Stichting Bob Wessels Insolvency Law Collection (BWILC) is a foundation aimed at promoting the interest and knowledge of international and comparative restructuring and insolvency law.
BWILC currently manages the insolvency law collections of Prof. em. Bob Wessels, Prof. Ian Fletcher and Prof. Gabriel Moss. These collections are at display at the Leiden Law Library (The Netherlands).
Annually, BWILC organises a two-day workshop for PhD students from Europe and beyond to discuss on-going research in the field of European/international insolvency law.
