Following five successful editions, the Stichting Bob Wessels Insolvency Law Collection (BWILC) is pleased to announce its 6th PhD Workshop on European/International Insolvency Law. PhD students are invited to present their research ideas in the area of European/ International Insolvency Law, and discuss the challenges and questions they face.
This year, the two-day workshop will be held on Tuesday 16 – Wednesday 17 April 2024 at the Mykolas Romeris University (Vilnius, Lithuania)

This years’ conference will take place in Vilnius (Lithuania), kindly hosted by the Mykolas Romeris University. The workshop is organised by the Stichting Bob Wessels Insolvency Law Collection, which supports the international and European insolvency law section in the library of the Leiden Law School (Leiden University).
